Security measures and limits
Meetyn uses HTTPS, server-side organization/workspace permissions, authentication revocation checks and request rate controls. Organizer operations require authenticated access; a client display or feature flag does not grant permission. No service can guarantee absolute security. We do not claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA certification or end-to-end encryption for Meetyn.
What to protect
Treat sign-in links and browser sessions like credentials. Sign out on shared devices, use secure email/provider accounts and review your organization membership. Invitation URLs are designed to be shared and are not a confidential vault. Check joining links before opening them and use the video provider's own waiting-room, password and recording controls where appropriate. Keep sensitive information out of meeting descriptions and support screenshots.
Report a vulnerability
Email support@postly.ai with the subject Meetyn security. Describe the affected page or feature, a minimal reproduction using your own account and the potential impact. Share only the minimum evidence needed and redact secrets. Stop if testing exposes another person's data. Do not exploit the issue further, alter or delete other users' information, run denial-of-service tests, use social engineering or demand payment. This page does not grant broad authorization to attack production systems or promise a bounty.
Response and incident handling
We will assess reports and coordinate remediation and any notices required by law. We do not promise a fixed resolution time or uninterrupted service. If you believe your account is compromised, secure your sign-in provider and email, then contact support. For unlawful content or meeting abuse, include the invitation URL and relevant context without sending unnecessary personal information.
