Help us find the right answer

Include “Meetyn” in the subject and a short description of the issue. Add your account email and relevant device/browser details. Include an invitation URL only when needed, and redact other people’s information from screenshots.

Privacy, deletion and legal requests

Use the subject “Meetyn privacy” or “Meetyn account deletion”. Guests without an account can make requests too. See Account and Data Deletion and the legal center.

Payments and refunds

Include the billing email and receipt reference. Never send a full card number, security code, password or sign-in link. See Refunds and Cancellation.

Security and meeting abuse

Use “Meetyn security” for a suspected vulnerability or compromised account. For meeting abuse, include the relevant URL and minimal supporting context. Follow our responsible disclosure guidance.

Accessibility and language assistance

Tell us about the page, device, assistive technology and task that caused difficulty. We will work with you on an accessible way to complete it. Interface translation is automated and may contain errors; English is the source text, subject to any mandatory local-language requirements.
