Coordinate a Microsoft Teams call with a group invitation

Use your existing Teams meeting

Schedule the call in Microsoft Teams or Outlook through your normal account. Check who can enter the meeting and whether outside guests need to wait in a lobby. Those controls belong to Microsoft and your organization. Meetyn supplies the invitation and RSVP workflow; it does not grant a Teams license or change organizational access policies.

Make the plan accessible from group chat

Choose Teams as the Meetyn location and paste the HTTPS joining link. Add a short agenda and share the invitation with the group. Guests can respond with their name without becoming members of the organizing workspace. At meeting time, the joining action opens the link you supplied and Teams handles the call itself.

Distinguish an export from a connection

Attendees can save a meeting draft to Outlook or download an ICS file for another calendar. That is an attendee action, not a two-way connection to the organizer's Microsoft calendar. Keep the invitation current if the call URL or time changes, and ask members to refresh their saved calendar event when necessary.
