Schedule a meeting for your WhatsApp group
Keep the discussion in WhatsApp and give the meeting a permanent home on Meetyn. This is link sharing, not a WhatsApp API integration.
Create your meetingCreate your invitation
Enter the meeting title, date and location in Meetyn. For an online call, paste your existing Zoom, Google Meet or other joining link.
Share it in your group
Tap Share invitation or Copy link, open WhatsApp and send it to your group. For example: “Saturday catch-up at 10? Please RSVP here so we know who’s coming.” Meetyn does not post messages automatically.
Keep everyone on the same page
If the time changes, edit the meeting and share the same link with a short update. Guests can reopen it to see the new time. People who join the conversation later can use the same invitation.
