MEETYN use cases

Simple meeting planning for clubs and associations

Keep committee calls, member catch-ups and club planning sessions easy to find and respond to.

Create your meeting

Create a recognizable invitation

Use your club name in the event title and describe the reason for meeting. A clear agenda gives members a reason to attend and helps the organizer choose a sensible duration. Add the room or video link, then share the invitation in the channels your members already use. Meetyn complements those channels rather than replacing the club's communication system.

Match access to responsibility

The organization owner can create workspaces for organizing teams. Workspace admins manage membership; editors can create and update meetings. Every owner, admin and editor is a billable organizer. A guest invitation stays separate from workspace membership. Posting an event link in a members group does not give those guests access to your administration dashboard.

Handle changes consistently

When a committee meeting is rescheduled, edit the current invitation and share a short notice with the original link. If the meeting is cancelled, mark it cancelled rather than silently deleting its details. Members who saved a calendar export need to update that copy. Recurring series and formal attendance records are not part of this first release.

Frequently asked questions

Does an invitation grant dashboard access?

No. Teammates need a separate workspace invitation and an authenticated account.

Can I create a recurring series?

Recurring meetings are planned. Create each fixed-time meeting separately for now.

Who can appoint administrators?

Only the organization owner can appoint or remove workspace admins.
